Study of the Time Sequence and Ways of Competitive State-owned Enterprises'' Withdrawal

A strategic adjustment of the state-owned economy is one of the important measures to improve national economy. In view of the fact that the present state-owned economy's function is too general ,its efficiency is too low and the role it would play in the market economy, the adjustment should be a withdrawal.
