| 摘 要： | 荀子之"礼"荡去了孔孟治世思想中的理想主义色彩,具备了严谨性、外律性的特点,成为其思想体系的支点."隆礼重法"、"礼""法"并存的精神贯彻在他的全部政治思想中.荀子维护君权,倡导专制主义,顺应了中国封建统治意识的形成和发展方向.荀子的君权思想和礼法观可谓中国封建正统法律思想的雏形.

| Abstract: | Xunzi's courtesy theories get rid of idealist color of Confucianism fully, having the careful,stern characteristics, providing the foundation of the consciousness for the rise of the future generations authority doctrine, attaching importance to courtesy and emphasizing legal system. Linking courtesy with law can he found throughout all his political thoughts. The unman ruling '9 theory of Confucianist has reflected the monarchic Xunzi supported the monarchic power. The monarchic power thoughts of Xunzi is the embryo of Chinese feudalist law theory. |
