| Abstract: | Student cadres are the executives of the students' management measures and helpful assistants of teachers and the bridge and link between the school and teachers.Thus their function can't be ignored.To strength- en the student cadres' selection,development and employment contributes to proper operation of schools' work. Thus the leaders in charge of students management should select student cadres attentively,cultivate them elabo- rately and employ them trustfully. |
