| 摘 要： | 在社会主义新农村建设中,有些地方干部也存在着不知从何入手的疑惑和盲目模仿的现象。针对以上问题,笔者认为:一要全面认识新农村建设的科学内涵,理清发展思路;二要大力加强新农村建设的组织工作,统筹城乡发展;三要采取切实有效的措施,积极推进新农村建设。

| Abstract: | Presently, in the socialism new rural construction, some cadres do not know how to do it , and there is the phenomenon of blind imitation. The author holds that, firstly we should know the scientific connotation of the new rural construction, and clear off the development mentality; secondly we should strengthen the organization work of the new rural construction, and plan the development of the city and the countryside; lastly we should take the practical effective action,and advance the new rural construction positively. |
