| 摘 要： | 关于建立党的监察制度的思想是列宁建党思想的重要组成部分 ,是国际共运史上第一个无产阶级执政党加强党的组织建设 ,克服党内存在的消极腐败现象的重大措施。实践证明 ,列宁关于建立党的监察制度的思想对于共产党和社会主义国家的政权建设具有十分重要的现实意义
