| 摘 要： | 在以往相关研究的基础上,编制了海员应对能力问卷量表(Sailor’s Coping Inventory,简称SCI),并以此为工具,对367名海员进行了测验分析,其研究成果对了解海员的应对能力具有理论和应用价值。
