| 摘 要： | 在保持生态资本存量非减性的条件下,促进经济的持续发展是循环经济生态创新的本质特征。本文阐述了循环经济生态创新的内涵,并试图通过生态技术创新、生态制度创新、生态观念创新以及生态金融创新来提高循环经济的生态创新能力,解决我国两型社会建设中的生态环境困境,促进生态文明建设与经济社会的可持续发展。
