| 摘 要： | 近年来,作为率先发展与外向型经济典范的珠三角地区遭遇到一系列经济发展难题:土地约束、原材料价格上涨、民工荒、人民币升值以及国家出口退税政策调整,特别是2008年以来实施的新<劳动法>以及席卷全球的金融海啸等,来自生产成本、政策环境与外部市场条件等多方面的利润挤压,使本已艰难维持的珠三角制造业更感雪上加霜.
