摘    要:中等收入群体作为社会稳定、经济增长及全面建设小康社会的重要因素之一,越来越多地引起社会的广泛关注。因此在全面建设小康社会的过程中必须通过发展经济、扩大就业,增强广大农民的创收能力和深化分配制度改革等手段来积极扩大中等收入群体的比重。

Abstract:As one of the important factors in social stability,economic increase and affluent society building,moderate-income group draws increasing attention.Thus,in the process of roundly building affluent society,the proportion of moderate-income group should be maximized by ways of developing economy,expanding employment,strengthening peasants' profitability and deepening the reform of distribution system.
