利他主义下科技企业孵化器多任务激励研究

基于非营利性组织视角,将利他主义因素纳入科技企业孵化器工作人员行为中,构建利他主义下科技企业孵化器多任务激励模型,分析了孵化器对创业企业的最优收费价格、次优收费价格与最优孵化质量,探讨了利他程度、税率、财政返还比率、任务的替代与互补性等因素对孵化器激励机制发挥作用的影响。研究表明,当科技企业孵化器提供的两个服务质量维度互补时,孵化器激励机制的激励作用很大;当两个质量维度互为替代品时,孵化器激励机制的激励作用很弱或无效,满足一定条件时,激励作用也可达到较高水平。孵化器监管者应综合考虑利他程度、税率、财政返还比率、任务的替代与互补性等因素对孵化器进行激励。

Multitask Incentive Scheme of High-Tech Business Incubator Under Altruism

Based on the non-profit characteristics of high-tech business incubators , the altruistic factor has been included into the behavior of incubator staff .The paper built a multi-task incentive model of high-tech business incubator under the altruism and analyzed the optimal and suboptimal price charged by incubator , and the optimal incubation quality .Then the paper discussed the impact of a variety of factors （such as altruism, tax rate, financial return ratio, substitutable and com-plementary tasks ） on the conditions that the incubator incentive mechanisms work .The main results showed that if the two quality dimensions are complements , the incentive scheme is always high powered;if the two quality dimensions are substi-tutes, the optimal incentive scheme is low powered .Or as a special case , it breaks down （ the optimal incentive scheme is zero ） .The incubator regulators should take a variety of factors （ such as altruism , tax rate , financial return ratio , substitut-able and complementary tasks ） into account to motivate incubators .
