| Abstract: | In Tang Dynasty, the legislation of obligatory right established the principle of good faith, which was embodied by setting up a relatively perfect system of warranty against defect in business. The system of warranty against defect in Tang Dynasty was made up of warranty against defects of thing and warranty against defects of right, and was strictly enforced in actual life. |
