| 摘 要： | 人力资源是所有资源中最宝贵的资源,人是生产力诸因素中最为积极、最为活跃的因素,单位的各项活动与管理工作都要靠人去完成。因此,在当今高校的一切活动中,人力资源的管理无疑最为重要与关键。本文针对当今高校教师这一群体人力资源的管理工作,根据现代人力资源管理的理念提出其变革的思路和举措。
