Academic Criticism Paradigm and Possibility:Case Study of WU Geng's Literary Criticism

Wu Geng＇ s Collection of critisms, and shows his features as one of the academic critics. Wu Geng makes intensive studies on the aeshetic phenmena related to the texts on the basis of literary theory and eatablishes his own literature - novel ethical sytem, in the aspect of finding and affecting people＇ s spirt. Its theory is open with extensive knowledge hierarchy and literary vision. Wu Geng＇ s criticism is of the style of literati, which is concise and comprehensive and its thinking essence and language verve are naturally shown in slightness. In gentle and elegant laguage, he modestly presents his profound theory and aesthetic experience. The problem is that he approaches the texts with theoretical ideas, which has a tendency of over classical and moral.
