| 摘 要： | 高校运动队是竞技体育中相当活跃的一支力量.由于高校有其它体育机构无法相比的师资优势、选材优势及设施优势,使其运动队的不断发展拥有了较好的软硬件基础.如果在管理的各个环节上能够协调配合,高校运动队必将在体育多元化、社会化的未来体坛上一展其运动水平与运动文化之风姿.

| Abstract: | The athletic teams in higher learning institutes are a very active force in comptitive athletics.Possessing unparalleled advantages in storage of teachers, students selection and facilities, the higherleaning institutes provide fairly good"soft" and "hard" infrastructures for the sustaining development of their athletic teams. Given a harmonious cooperation in all the links of management, the athletic teams of higher learning institutes will surely present their charms in sporting level and sporting culture in the future diversified and aocializzed sportsdom. |
