| Abstract: | The complete change of the pattern of highway construction makes the construction enterprise lay much emphasis on their efficiency,which has caused the change of their enterprise's corporate governance.As a pattern of innovation of enterprise system,stock-cooperation system has begun to be adopted by construction enterprise in our country.Viewing the economic theory and practical condition,the advantages and disadvantages of stock-cooperation system are analyzed. |
