中外高等工程教育工程训练模式的比较及启示

世界各国都将“工程训练”作为高等工程教育的一个重要组织部分,西方发达国家根据本国的实际情况选择工程教育工程训练模式,充分利用社会资源,大多提供一年以上时间的工程训练。我国很多工科院校相继成立了工程训练中心,并根据本校实际进行功能定位、选择模式、形成特色。应从广泛利用社会资源,根据本国本地区和本校实际选择适合自身特点的训练模式,以学生训练为核心功能,以生为本、强化中心文化建设、实施全面质量管理等方面入手推进工科高校工程训练中心不断发展。

Comparison and Enlightenment: Chinese and Foreign Engineering Training Patterns in Higher Engineering Education

Every country in the world take "engineering training" as an important part of higher engineering education.Western developed countries select the proper engineering training pattern in engineering education according to their specific situations.They make full use of social resources and more often provide engineering training over one year.Many Chinese universities and colleges of technology have successively set up engineering training center and are positioning their functions,selecting patterns,and forming uniqueness based on their factual situations.Engineering training center should be continuously developed through taking full advantage of social resources,selecting proper training pattern in accordance with the reality of a school,a region,and a country,setting its central function as training students,taking students as the center,strengthening core culture construction,and performing general quality management.
