高校纪检监察人员的职业成长、工作满意度与职业承诺

文章运用成熟量表测量高校纪检监察人员职业承诺的现状,并根据组织行为学基本理论和已有的研究,引入工作满意度作为中介变量,探讨高校纪检监察的职业成长对其职业承诺的影响机制,藉以寻求提高纪检监察人员职业承诺的关键路径。实证分析过程基于对教育部直属高校纪检监察机构256名工作人员的问卷调查,运用相关分析、层次回归分析等方法展开。研究表明:高校纪检监察人员的职业承诺偏低,职业成长及其各维度与其职业承诺存在显著正相关;工作满意度与其职业承诺也存在显著正相关,在职业成长和职业承诺之间起到了一定的中介作用。

Career Growth, Job Satisfaction and Career Commitment of College Discipline Inspectors

This paper tries to analyze the present situation of career commitment of college discipline inspectors by means of maturity scale. According to the theories of organizational behavior and the existing research, this paper establishes a model to interpret the relationship between college discipline inspectors, career growth and career commitment, and empirically analyzes the impact mechanism of college discipline inspectors, career growth on career commitment. An important variable, job satisfaction, is used to mediate the relation between career growth and career commitment. Four aspects of hypotheses are put forward. To test the hypotheses, 300 college discipline inspectors in 75 key universities are investigated, and 256 sets of questionnaires are valid. A series of correlation analysis and regression analysis are conducted. The results consistently show that career growth has positive effect on both job satisfaction and career commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction is also positively correlated with career commitment. And the relationship between career growth and career commitment is mediated by lob satisfaction.
