反腐倡廉工作融入文化建设中的思考

当前，我国的腐败文化是中国传统文化中的消极落后成分，通过西方文化腐朽成分的催化，在社会转型过程中发酵而成。要把反腐倡廉工作融入文化建设之中，我们首先应构建社会主义廉政文化体系，即：权力制约的自律文化——公仆文化；权力制约的法制文化——法治文化；权力制约的社会文化——公民文化。其次，我们必须认识文化的特点，把握文化产生、变化和构建的规律，结合我国国情有针对性地开展廉政文化建设。
