黑格尔与现实的人

人是现代人文思想的基本范畴。近代西方哲学无不从＂人＂的概念发问,构建自己的哲学体系。黑格尔把抽象的人格作为具有实在性的社会市民的可能性,并以做国家公民的形式使可能的人格必然地成为现实的个体。但是,关于公民的论述并不说明黑格尔坚持了非个人本位的国家概念,也不能成为反对天赋人权的法西斯主义理论来源。现代世界中,人只有扬弃人格的抽象可能性和市民的现实偶然性,成为国家公民,才能达到个人与社会、国家的具体有机统一,才是现实的人,并使权利与义务获得现实的承认。
