| 摘 要： | 针对物流人才市场的供需问题,采用归纳分析的方法,提出应用型物流人才的内涵与专业素质构成,以及应用型物流人才的五个能力层级体系构成,在此基础上设计了针对五个能力层级体系的实验内容体系和课程体系,并进一步探讨了体系的完善方向。研究结果对应用型物流管理专业教育具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the supply-demand problems of logistics talent market,induction was adopted for this research after which were put forward the contents of application-oriented logistics talents,the construction of professional quality and of a hierarchical five-level ability system of application-oriented logistics talents.According to the system,corresponding experimental content system and course system were designed.Further,discussions were made about its improvement.This research could be helpful to the education of application-oriented logistics management. |
