| 摘 要： | 针对大学创新型人才培养问题,采用归纳分析的方法,探讨了大学创新文化与创新型人才培养的关系,提出通过建设积极的大学精神文化、构建创新型教育教学制度和营造校园环境文化等方面构建大学创新文化,培养创新型人才,研究结果对创新型人才的培养具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In view of problems in cultivating university innovative talents,induction was adopted to study the relationship between university innovative culture and cultivation of innovative talents.Suggestions were put.forward about constructing university innovative culture and training innovative talents through building positive university spiritual culture,constructing innovative education and teaching system and creating environmental＂ culture on campus,etc.The results offer significant guidance in cultivating innovative talents. |
