当代西方社会福利理论的演变及其本质——兼论对中国社会福利实践的启示

当代西方社会福利理论的演变,表现为从传统的自由主义、社会主义及保守主义,转向国家干预主义、新自由主义及福利多元主义,其本质是从单一的＂市场取向＂或＂政府取向＂,迈向综合的＂社会取向＂。这一演变对我国社会福利实践的启示是,必须充分发挥市场、政府和第三部门在福利体系中的角色与功能,在相互＂取长补短＂的过程中形成良性运行的福利机制。
