| 摘 要： | 基于技术转移是促进区域经济健康快速发展,提升自主创新能力的重要手段。有效促进技术转移,针对目前辽宁省实现全面振兴老工业基地具有十分重要的战略意义。对辽宁省技术转移的现状和问题进行了详细的总结分析,并在此基础上提出辽宁省促进技术转移的对策建议,以期为政府相关部门的政策制定提供有益参考。

| Abstract: | Technology transfer is important in promoting healthy and fast development of regional economy and in enhancing independent innovation.Effective promotion of technology transfer is of great strategic significance for current comprehensive revitalization of old industrial bases in Liaoning.Detailed summary and analysis were presented of current situation and problems in Liaoning technology transfer.Accordingly,countermeasures and proposals are put forward to provide useful policy- making reference for relevant government departments. |
