农村发展的着力点:以信息化创新推广传播体系

以信息化推动和创新农村推广传播体系,是农村发展的要务。国家有关部门正在分别进行这项工作,已卓有成效,但仍存在着诸多问题。教育部联合科技部、农业部组建高校农业科技与教育网络联盟,发挥农业院校在农业技术推广中的作用,正是针对具体情况、端正指导思想、整合集结各方力量、创新农村推广传播体系的重要举措。这一举措将会在四个方面支持和推进农村发展。

Promoting propagation system by informationalizing innovation is an important task for rural development.The related national departments are carrying out the job.Its effect is quite good but there still occur many problems.The Department of Education,cooperating with the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Agriculture,has established the network union of university agricultural science and technology and education,in order that the agricultural universities could take effect in the agricultural technology promotion.It is the important measure for innovation of propagation system promotion in rural areas,by aiming at concrete situation,rectifying the thought and unifying all of the people's force.It will promote rural development in four aspects.
