A Comparative Study on “Letters-and-Visits” and Justice Systems——in perspective of power organization principles

Through investigating the differences between the Letters and Visits system and the justice system in a perspective of power organization, it is found that neither justice-based Letters- and- Visits system not Letters-and-Visits-based justice system is probable. A probable way is to keep the two apart and harmoniously co-existing.
