论战略思维

战略思维是指对关系全局性、长远性、根本性重大问题的分析、综合、判断、预见的理性思维过程,是对社会经济发展变化规律的思考与把握,是领导者思维能力、思维水平、思维成果的高度体现。战略思维的成熟与否,不仅直接制约着领导者观察、分析、判断事物发展变化的立场、观点,而且直接制约着领导者的领导方法、领导艺术、领导绩效。因此,战略思维是领导者必须具备的思维方式。

The strategic thinking is the proce ss of rational thinking in which we sh ould analyse,synthe size,judge and predict the pr oblems with the overall,long-term a nd cardinal natures.It is a thinking and grasp of law of social an d economic development,and reflects leaders' thinking abitity,thinking level and thinking achieve ments.Whether the strategic thinki ng is mature or not,it not only restricts the leaders' position and viewpoint from which they observe an d judge the objective things but also the leaders' leading method,art and result.The strategic think ing is leaders' essential mode of thinking.
