五代幕府文职僚佐

五代沿袭并发展了唐代幕府辟署文职僚佐的制度 ,大批文士进入五代幕府 ,这种局面无疑有利于幕府日常事务的处理和地方节镇辖区政治、经济的运作。但幕府 ,尤其是地方节镇府蓄养大批文职僚佐也必然加剧分裂割据倾向 ,成为五代政权频繁更迭的一种隐患。幕府辟署文职僚佐制度在一定程度上缓解了由于科举制度不健全带来的文人入仕艰难的状况 ,入幕成为文士跻身政治舞台的主要途径。由幕府成长起来的大批文人政治家也为五代区域政治的稳定和经济发展做出了很大的贡献

The Non-military Assistants in the Five Dynasties

The Five Dynasties followed and developed the commanding general nominate civilian post system of the Tang,Dynasty,so many literati could enter the general office.The system undoubtedly convenient to manage the daily affairs of the general office and politically and economically promote the development of its governing area.But its disadvantage was also obvious.In local military commanding office the existence of large numbers of non military assistants quickened the steps of splitting and separation.That was one of the reasons why the Five Dynasties changed frequently.In a sense,the system opened an access for those who failed the imperial examinations to go into an officialdom.And many scholars politicians made much more contributions to the regional political stability and economic development.
