| 摘 要： | 在当前的国际竞争中,自主知识产权的竞争成为企业乃至国家竞争的焦点。企业要在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,必须进行技术创新,提高竞争能力。文章分析了知识产权、技术创新及企业竞争力之间的关系,对企业知识产权保护、技术创新方面存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | In today's international competition, the focus of the competition between enterprises or countries is in the autonomous intellectual property. Survival calls for technological innovations and enhancing of their competitiveness. The thesis first analyses the relationship among intellectual property, technology innovation and enterprise's competitiveness, then probing into the problems of the protection of enterprises' intellectual property and technological innovation before putting forward the countermeasures to solve them. |
