| 摘 要： | 教学管理是高校管理工作的核心,对提高教学质量具有的重要意义。随着高等院校办学规模的不断扩大,传统的管理模式越来越不适应现代教育发展的要求,应该建立学分制下的新的教学管理模式,制定适应新形势的科学的教学管理及考核制度,建立一支稳定的、高素质的教学管理队伍。

| Abstract: | Teaching management is the key to higher education management.It is very important for increasing teaching quality.With the increasing scale of university teaching activity,the traditional management mode cannot meet the requirements of modern education development.Therefore,a new model of education management under credit system must be built,and scientific teaching management and examination system must be built too.A steady and good quality teaching management staff should be organized. |
