| Abstract: | Venture investment as an instrument for transforming scientific and technological achievements has become a hot issue for academic research. This article explores the characteristics and functions of venture investment and concludes that the key to development of venture investment is to establish the withdrawal mechanism for venture investment, i.e. the development of startup capital. This article elaborates on the characteristics, enterprise selection criteria and market risk prevention of the startup capital to be established. |
