| Abstract: | The system of injury indemnity against divorce in Korea aims at solving any problems of psychological injuries due to divorces.It is clear that the parties concerned,scopes and ways of indemnity described in the system have their own features.Thus,they will be good references in the process of perfecting China's system of injury indemnity against divorce. |
