| 摘 要： | 不同的环境物品,选择不同的产权体制会有不同的环保效率.共有产权体制对具有竞争性而又非排他性的环境物品具有较高的环境保护效率.本文对英格兰、南美、日本以及土耳其曾经有过的环境资源保护共有产权体制进行比较分析,得出共有产权体制得以成功高效运行的基本条件、基本原则、运行模式等.

| Abstract: | This article based on discussion of the vital significance of the agricultural informatization,analyzes the current situation of the agricultural informatization of Anhui Province,pointing out that at present in the agricultural informatizaition construction of Anhui Province there are some problems in the information infrastructure construction,the information resource construction,the informatization talented person,the service object of informatization and so on,and finally putting forward the countermeasure. |
