论性别和谐

性别和谐是一种新型的男女相互依存、和睦相处、共同发展的性别关系,性别尊重、性别公平、性别友爱和性别均衡是性别和谐的基本内涵。我国的性别和谐程度主要取决于政府的性别意识、妇联的组织作为、性别文化与制度创新、市场经济成熟程度、对外开放程度等影响因素的共同作用。要促进性别和谐,社会各界应当深入研究、学习和宣传性别和谐理论;各级妇联要重点协调和融洽性别关系;政府要加强领导,并发挥表率作用;要形成以平等和谐为核心价值的先进性别文化。

A Study of Gender Harmony

Gender harmony is a kind of new gender relationship,featuring interdependent,concord and developing together among male and female.Gender respect,gender equality,gender loving and equilibrium are the basic contents of gender harmony.The degree of gender harmony in China is mainly determined by governmental gender consciousness,organizational efforts of the Women's Federations,gender culture and institutional creation,mature degree of market economy and opening degree.To promote the gender harmony,we must further study and propagate the theories of gender harmony,and develop advanced gender culture with the efforts of women's federations and leading roles of the government.
