黔中经济区城镇体系及空间布局研究

黔中经济区初步形成以大中城市和城镇为重点的城镇体系,已进入人口向城市迅速聚集的中期加速阶段。黔中经济区城镇体系空间布局属于典型的首位型城镇体系,以核心城市为中心的都市圈仍未形成,不符合位序-规模律,但从其发展趋势来看,将逐渐形成"内聚"和"外吸"相互促进的空间格局。优化黔中经济区城镇体系空间布局的目标是加快建设"一群一圈一区三轴"的山地集约型城镇体系;围绕这一空间布局,需要从人口集聚和产业集聚两个方面做好相应的政策安排。

A Study of the Spatial Layout and Urban System of Central- Guizhou Economic Zone

Central- Guizhou Economic Zone （CGEZ） has initially formed the urban system with the large and medium - sized cities and towns as the core, and has entered a rapidly developing phase with people moving quickly into cities. The spatial layout of the urban system of CGEZ belongs to the first type of the urban system ; however, the municipality circle which takes the urban circle around the core city as the center has still not yet formed, which does not conform to the rank - size rule. The spatial layout of CGEZ will gradually become mutually reinforcing character of ＂ cohesion＂ and ＂ outer space＂ from its development trend. The task of optimizing the spatial layout of the urban system of CGEZ is the kind of mountainously intensive urban system, just as One Group, One Circle, One Region and Three Axes. Based on this spatial arrangement, the appropriate policy arrangements would be offered from two aspects： the population agglomeration and the industrial agglomeration.
