| 摘 要： | 根据跨越型社会资本与紧密型社会资本的不同组合,政府主导的反贫困进程中社会资本的作用,可以表现为对贫困人口的不同区分,即将贫困人口区分为强势群体、潜力群体、弱势群体和问题群体,并从资源配置能力、信息传输能力、信号显示和资源获得能力等维度评价社会资本的产出。这一产出分析框架在理论和经验研究方面都具有广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | According to the different combination of bridging social capital and bonding social capital, the outcome of social capital in the process of government-guided anti-poverty can be seen from the division of pover- ty-stricken people into different groups： powerful group, potential group, vulnerable group and delinquent group. Apart from that, the capacity of resources allocation, of information transmission, of signal showing and of re- sources acquisition have been applied to evaluate the outcome of social capital. This analysis framework has broadened the application prospect in both theoretical and empirical research. |
