中国传统经济与政治制度及思想文化的辩证关系

中国封建社会的农业手工业市场经济,可以称为"前市场经济"或者"不发达的市场经济",这是市场经济的第一阶段;近现代的大工业商品市场经济是第二个阶段;"现代化以后"的金融市场经济是第三阶段。中国真正建立起工业化体系是在1949年以后,因此经济转型有三个特点:第一个转型是20世纪初,从传统的农业手工业经济转向现代工业经济,到20世纪80年代已经初步形成了现代工业体系,而90年代世界上的先进国家已经开始了"后现代化"——"新经济"。因此,当我国从传统的农业手工业经济向现代工业经济的转型还没有完成,第二个转型也已开始了,要从还没有完成的工业经济向新经济转型,这是两个转型的重叠,也是当前世界经济一体化的要求,这就是中国社会经济的特殊性。与此相适应,中国的思维方式也要改变,以适应现代化的发展。
