电子设备抵抗外界影响及破坏的技术

摘    要:讨论电子设备受迫振动被动隔振和无谐振隔振技术,提出了提高电子设备元器件及印制版的抗振动冲击的设计方法,对机械结构提出提高系统刚度的方法,针对降低局部应力集中的问题,提出用逆向预变形克服重力影响,文中所述方法对电子设备设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The forced oscillation of an electronic equipment is discussed, and the technology of a non-resonance dashpot is presented. The design method, which improves resistance to environment impact for the printed circuit and other parts of electronic equipment, is studied. Other methods, which include improving the stiffness of a mechanical construction, reducing local concentration of stress, and using the inverse-distortion for resistance to environment of gravitation, are also discussed. Those methods are helpful to design an electronic equipment.
