| 摘 要： | 關於"《澳門民法典》翻譯論叢"發表後(《澳門理工學報》2006年第1期),若干問題得到反響,包括商榷、探討等,故本文繼續就該法典在語言和法律上的一些不妥之處,從翻譯的角度,加以分析、評述(其中部分內容會涉及到中、葡、英文的對比),以期對澳門法律公文翻譯水準的提高有所幫助。

| Abstract: | In responding to the reaction from readers of my previous article concerning the translation of Macao Civil Code, this paper continues to carry out research in this area. Several more typical examples taken from the Code are analyzed mainly from the viewpoint of translation as well as legal studies based on a trilingual comparison of Chinese, Portuguese and English in the hope that some further substantial research may be introduced. |
