| 摘 要： | 重视就业率,忽视就业教育;就业教育内容单调,忽视对非毕业生的就业教育;就业教育人员素质有待提高,全校抓就业的局面尚未形成;重视就业数量,忽视就业质量。这是高职院校就业教育存在的主要问题。要解决这些问题,制度保障是基础,找准就业指导教育的方向是前提,按年级分层次有重点地进行就业教育是保证,不断提高就业教育的效果是关键。

| Abstract: | Much emphasis is cast on employment rate instead of employment education.Contents in employment education are inadequate,and education for non-graduating students is ignored.Teachers’ guidance level remains to be improved,and the overall situation of focusing on employment all over the school is not formed.Quantity not quality of employment is emphasized.In order to solve the main problems of employment in the vocational and technical colleges,we should formulate effective safeguard systems,strengthen market investigation,press every grade education,and innovate education forms. |
