| 摘 要： | 对自我同一性理论的内涵进行了研究，并运用该理论，构建了包括确立高校心理健康教育新目标、创新高校心理健康教育新模式和优化高校心理健康教育新环境等内容的高校心理健康教育的新体系，从而为大学生心理健康教育的发展开辟了一条有价值的道路。
