重新审视我国现行现代企业制度：质疑与重构

本文以社会实践为准绳,重新审视了我国正在推行的现代企业制度的方案设计或制度安排及其20多年来实践的效果,发现了其制度安排的不合理性及其实践施行的效果不良性。在就该项制度的缺陷的揭示和反思基础上,提出必须以马克思经济理论为指导,从中国国情出发,吸收“鞍钢宪法“精华,重新构建中国特色的社会主义现代企业制度,并尽快替换原来设计的被实践证明为“水土不服“的舶来现代企业制度,用以及时指导下一步国企改革。

Re-examination of China's Modern Enterprise System:Questions and Reconstruction

Based on social practice the paper re-examines the design of China's modern enterprise system and its results over the past two decades' practice.It is found that the system is not quite rational and its results are not very good.Upon refection of the defects of the system,the paper points out that under the guidance of Marxist economic theory and by absorbing the essence of the Angang Constitution,a modern socialist enterprise system with Chinese characteristics should be reconstructed to replace the old one in guiding the current reform of state-owned enterprises.
