Understanding and Thinking on the Inside Career Plan

The target of the inside career plan is mainly composed of the necessary knowledge,concept,psychological character,ability and affection,the obligation to the family,the individual physical and mental development,the harmony of career and the sustainable development.The resource and power of every departments in the university should unite and manage the inside career plan of their students.Government should actively provide the public products which is beneficial to the inside career plan.The more important is that the college students should advance their concept on the inside career plan.
