| 摘 要： | 阐述辽宁个人信用体系建设的重要性，以深圳、上海等个人信用立法的先进经验为例，对辽宁省个人信用体系建设尤其是对个人信用方面的立法状况进行分析，指出应尽快出台地方个人信用法规，规范个人信息的采集、征信产品的提供以及合格用户，对个人信用信息资源进行有效整合，并完善与之相关联的法规，建立个人失信惩罚机制。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the importance of the personal credit system in Liaoning province.Taking the Shenzhen,Shanghai and other personal credit legislation as examples,the author analyzed the personal credit system construction especially the personal credit legislation in Liaoning province.It concluded that the authority in Liaoning province should carry out local personal credit regulations as soon as possible to standardize the collection of personal information,credit investigation products provided and the credible users,effectively integrate personal credit information resources of this province.It also expounded that the society should improve the relevant regulations and set up the punishment mechanism of breaking faith. |
