| 摘 要： | 有效发展是依据我国现阶段教育方针,结合学生各学习阶段与自身个性发展理念与途径的选择。有效发展具有充分性、民族化、节约化、发展途径多样化和结构优化等特征。有效发展是在特定时域中的全面发展,是立足于现实条件的和谐发展,也是走向自由发展的必经之途。
