| 摘 要： | 金融创新对产业结构调整作用尚不明确，文章旨在分析金融创新影响产业结构调整的作用机制，并对其进行验证。以我国2003-2011年30个省市面板数据为样本，运用数据包络分析（DEA）衡量了各地区金融创新及技术进步水平，采用系统GMM估计方法检验了金融创新、技术进步与产业结构调整之间的关系。结果表明，在考虑金融创新影响产业结构调整过程中存在内生性的情况下，金融创新对于技术进步、产业结构调整的促进作用是显著且为正向的。

| Abstract: | The effect of financial innovation on the industrial structure adjustment is not clear. This paper aimed to analyze the mechanism of financial innovation to industrial structure adjustment, and also to verify it. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces during 2003 to 2011, the paper measured the financial innovation and technological progress of each area using data envelopment analysis （DEA）. And with the help of differential GMM estimation method, this paper analyzed the rela- tionship among financial innovation, technological progress and industrial structure adjustment. The results showed that considering the endogenous of financial innovation affecting the adjustment of industrial structure, the financial innovation could play a significant and positive role to technological progress and industrial structure adjustment. |
