管理哲学的研究对象和方法

管理哲学的研究对象是作为生活有序化之管理,而其研究方法是生活思维的方法。人的生活的独特性决定了人的生活必须规范和有序,从而也决定了管理之于人的生活的必要性,决定了管理哲学确立的可能性;管理作为生活的有序化有其内在结构和不断展开的动态过程,对其理解和认识只能采用马克思哲学回归生活世界、对生活直观的“生活思维”。唯其如此,管理哲学的历史使命和独特学科价值才能真正得以实现。

Object and Method of the Study of Management Philosophy

The object of the study of management philosophy is the management of life order,while the study method for it follows the method for life thinking.The peculiarity of people's life decides that there must be norm and order for people's life,and it in turn decides on the necessity of management to people's life and the possibility of the establishment of management philosophy.Management,as the orderedness of life,has its internal structure and its continuously unfolding dynamic progress,which requires to base the understanding of it on "life thinking" in Marxist philosophy.It is only in this way that the historical duty of management philosophy and its unique scientific value could be realised.
