| 摘 要： | 中国博士后科学基金经过创设、稳步发展、改革提高的发展历程,促进了"人才强国"和"科教兴国"战略的实施,在吸引、培养、使用高层次人才方面发挥了不可替代的作用,为中国经济社会发展做出了突出贡献.但是,若从政策层面加以分析就会发现,博士后科学基金在资助比例、资助强度、地域分布、学科布局等方面都存在着问题.为此,今后的博士后科学基金政策需要增加支持的强度,提高资助的比例,还要向西部倾斜.
