| 摘 要： | 伴随着改革开放的步伐,中国经济法异军突起、与时俱进且已基本成形.经过30年的奋斗,新兴的经济法已显示出旺盛的生命力,在社会主义现代化建设中发挥着重要的作用,然任重而道远.回顾经济法发展的光辉历程,总结规律性的经验,用心破解现实经济生活中的难题,以建立和谐一致的经济法体系.使之为社会主义现代化建设做出更大的贡献.
