| 摘 要： | 自然科学的知识的获取是从寻找规律开始的。社会科学知识的获取是否也从寻找规律开始呢?这需要首先搞清楚社会科学中是否也存在规律。对于自然主义者所维护的规律,社会科学由于其复杂性、独特性,不免会遇到重重困难。本文从亨普耳的“演绎-律则”模型入手,以对规律的修正-否定-再修正为线索,论证社会科学中自然规律是不存在的,取而代之的是特殊的社会规律。

| Abstract: | The naturalistic position on laws faced many difficalties because of the complexity and the Speciality of Social sciences. This paper begins with the"D - N"model which Hempel claimed. Then along the clue of revising - denymg - revising about the laws in social sciences, we demonstrate that there are no laws of nature in social science, but some special social lans may substitute them. |
