Historical Changes and Revelations of Shandong Red Cross Society

Shandong Red Cross Society,an establishment of over 100 years since1904,has been through the late Qing Government,Bei Yang Government,Nanjing National Government and the People’s Republic of China.Baptized by war and political turmoil and always adhering to humanitarian spirit,it has been exerting great impact upon the social development of Shandong in the 21st century.Its 100-year history has shown that as a humanitarian association,only when it sticks to the spirit of "humanity,universal love and dedication" of the Red Cross,keeps good relations with the government,obtains public participation and approval,strengthens and improves its own ability,can it operate well and win social recognition.
